Everyone needs a helping hand at times and additional support and resources can elevate a culture and its members. A Khmer Buddhist Foundation serves a variety of needs for any Khmer member.
A Khmer Buddhist Foundation offers grants each year to enrich and strengthen the lives of the Khmer population. Priority is given to individuals and organizations that foster the Khmer arts and culture, aim to develop a thriving business community or to attend college.
Applications for 2021-2022 are accepted year-around. Applicants must be of Cambodian descent.
Arts and culture
The Khmer community is proud of its rich arts and culture, and as a foundation, we strive to extend this for generations to come. We support individuals and organizations who are working on projects that will preserve temples or teach the next generation of Cambodians about our traditions. Grants are allocated based on the size and scope of the project.
Temples
Temples are the pillar and cornerstone of the Khmer community, a peaceful place where we can assemble and worship. We are awarding grants to support temple operations.
